    Hi Busbar. My name is Oscar Bautista. You have helped me in the past on Experts Exchange. I can no longer seem to find a category on Experts Exchange for OCS. I am hoping you can help me diagnose my OCS problem.

    OCS 2007 R2 and EDGE – not listening at configured ports. My OCS Server was working and now has stopped working. When I attempt to use the online OCS Test Tool my SIP address resolves successfully. The next test is testing port 443. This test is failing. My firewall configuration looks good. Traffic is being forwarded accordingly.

    I ran netstat -a on my EDGE Server to tell me what ports are open. I do not see port 443 listening on any of my NICS. I have 4 dedicated NICS on my EDGE (Voice, Video, etc.). None of them are listening at port 443.

    Not sure what I need to do or how to resolve the problem. Again, access from the outside and inside was working up till today. Now only OCS access from the inside is working. I cannot start the OCS Service on my Edge Server. When I attempt to start the “Office Comminications SErver Access Edge” it fails. Event Viewer says “to make sure there is sufficient privileges and this computer can talk to Active Direcotry (or SQL back-end”
